bad services from CCD couriers hope FNB stops business with you

really bad, phone multiple times and still waiting for almost a month for my FNB card this courier service is supposed to to be helpful but they not. customers services is really bad you can phone 4 times before getting answered and when u get answered staff are not sure about how to help this makes me angry due to bad service. i personally after this experience would not recommend them to any one i also hope FNB stops working with them. cause they can give u the same sad story about things that are not meaningful and still do nothing to help you in life.
