Bad services
This courier company services is terrible my package was suppose to come on friday before 12:00 am . The guy came around 13h14 gave a call and left. They have moved my packag delivery on to Tuesday after they cause this issues . I phone and spoken to 5 agent tells me to hold on than no one comes back or the call get cut off. Bad services, no escalation process or assistances thereof and dis regards customers from my experiences and very very terrible and unreliable services and no feedback or solution for customers or queries and escalations.
