Bad service, will never recommend them

The worst courier company. I had a delivery scheduled for this morning between 9 and 11am. The whole week they wasted my time and sent 2 - 4 messages, WhatsApp messages and emails reminding me about the delivery but today when they're a NO SHOW they fail to inform me. I called them after 2pm when they called back to apologise for their delays. What would've happened if I never called back???!!! Bad service!!! I would never recommend them.
