Bad service- Rude customer care agents

Purchased a Rain package and was assured it would arrive in 3working days, was called to arrange a delivery for day 7. Its now day 8 and i am told I canceled the delivery i need to schedule another meeting. The agent Thando is rude and dismissive. Why does rain even use these people?!
