Bad service from the drivers

Service is bad and what the drivers updates on the portal isn't true. i followed up as scheduled time has passed and I was told the driver could not get hold of me. Ok Fine, next day the address is wrong. then why didn't the driver call me. With other couriers i have used, they really call you.
