BAD SERVICE FROM STAFF

This week I was given a call informing me that my vehicle registration documents will be delivered to me. I asked that it be delivered to my home address and my mum will sign for these documents. Today the courier went to my house and refused to give the document to my mum as she did not have my id or a letter..the CCD consultant did not inform this to me. I then had to call this company and the lady on the other side says she is sorry but the consultant forgot to put that down and I must go home and the driver will call me when he is coming..will she be paying me my salary for today i wonder. This is pathetic service from this company who need to train their staff or ABSA bank need to change their courier company.
