BAD SERVICE FROM CCD COURIERS DRIVER
The call center is helpful the drivers don't tell the truth i was told to be home between 8-10 driver says i was not home but i received sms to say there was delays i contacted CCD they asked if i was at home at 11 and they did not arrive i phoned again and was told to wait outside driver would be 5 minutes again twenty min later i phoned again driver told CCD he saw three people at my driveway and did not want to stop to ask if it was me so much lies i was not contacted at anytime from the driver they keep making out that its my fault I've been home all day with my gate left open poor service from the drivers

28 Aug 2024, 07:17I received a sms from CCD COURIERS this morning claiming they cannot get hold of me that's untrue my phone is on and available i took off work yesterday because i was told to be at home between 8-10 and i was at home i was told that the driver would come later the afternoon he never did by all the complaints I've seen this is a ongoing problem i cannot keep taking off work to be messed around by a driver i tried to reschedule on the sms link and was told I've tried tonlog in to many times that is also not true its the first time I've tried
