Bad service from CCD Couriers and FNB

I don't know what it is with CCD Couriers and FNB but their service is really bad.

Once again FNB could not protect my online banking and ***** happened again. And again i wait patiently for my new bank card which i informed CCD couriers last week to deliver to FNB Rondebosch. And yet again we're going through the same rigmarole i went through a few months ago. I finally got my new FNB card after a whole month of fighting and multiple calls.

And this morning i see an email informing me that CCD couriers are trying to get hold of me after i informed them to deliver my new FNB card to Rondebosch.

CCD couriers what do i have to do to get some good service?

FNB when i call you, you take no responsibility for CCD Couriers yet i am charged banking fees on a monthly basis.
