Bad service from CCD couriers

They let me now my package will arrive between 8 and 12 .So I must wait for 4 hours. I just drop of my son when they called. I ask the courier to wait 5 min I am on my way. When I arrive home after 2 minutes he already left and told me to reschedule. Bad service.
