Bad service

Wors and very unprofessional service - They had to deliver my FNB Cards. I arranged that my cards are deliver to my home address. The first delivery the courier called and said he can’t fond the address , I mist meet him outside the FNB branch. I live in a small town so the address shouldn’t be a problem. The second time the courier arrive at 06:30 in the morning at my home adress, 3 people in the car and the courier is sitting in the back. The third time I only received a sms to fetch my card at the FNB branch. Why give the option to deliver to my home if it keeps being deliver to the branch.
