Bad service
I was sent a text message saying that my parcel will be delivered on the 6th of Jan between 10 and 12. 15 minutes before 12 i got a text saying they are experiencing delays. I then went ahead and called their office, the person on the phone said she cant get hold of the driver cos the phone goes to voicemail. While on the phone I went onto their site to track the parcel, I get a 404 error. The person on the phone don't know why , said she will call me back with an update. I will update this if she called back

06 Jan 2020, 12:55Some constructive criticism; If you send a text message to a customer notifying of delays and promise that someone will call back, please call back. Also fix the tracking on the website, this just enforces the idea that the company is sloppy, and if one adds all the negativity on Hello Peter it completely cements the idea that its a bad company.
