Bad service dont use ccd couriers

Recently i upgraded my fnb cards, i received a call from ccd couriers to inform me that the cards will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days upon confirmation of the sms I'll receive, i received the sms of which it showed the card will be delivered on a Saturday of which is not a working day for me, i phoned ccd to postpone and the lady i spoke to said she couldn't tell me which date it will be postponed to the sms will again confirm, i then received a sms that showed it would be delivered on a public holiday, i phoned again to postpone and the sms again said another public holiday, ccd system is pathetic they say working days but schedule delivery on holidays all of us dont work on holidays. They are now telling me they've reached their delivery limit how is that my problem
