Bad Service Delivery

I am deeply disappointed in the manner in which you delivered my package today. I received an SMS stating that my delivery would be delivered on the 12th of September between 8 and 10. Also, even this morning I received an SMS around 09:00 stating someone would be delivering my RAIN package between 8 to 10. At 09:27 I received a phone call, whilst I was in a meeting in my car outside my complex, awaiting my delivery. The call was to ask if my package be delivered between 10 to 13:00. I told her that it was impossible to deliver at that time, as I had to work for a living. Your employee then told me she would come back to me for that, but she did not come back to me. I contacted your business and once I was answered my phone was dropped. My delivery arrived at 13:07, meaning I had to miss work waiting for your delivery. I was never given an option of another day for delivery or a different address for delivery. Now I know you have plenty of customers and you do not care about my minute complaints, however, if you continue treating customers like this, you will lose out on big clients like RAIN. I will be contacting RAIN to complain about your service and I no longer require their package any longer. I no longer want any deliveries for CCD Couriers and anyone using this service I will decline the package as my missing work is uncalled for
