Bad service delivery and useless consultants that lie to customers

Bad service delivery. This courier company will make you a stupid, they will tell you they will deliver. They don't I have been waiting for my rain parcel for 2 weeks now, still no delivery. Their consultants also very useless and not helpful, they will take you from pillar to post like a fool. They received my order on the 25th of June, till now no delivery. They just sound like recorded robots who don't know what they are doing.
