Bad service delivering my FNB card
They phoned me on Monday 22 July 2024 saying someone is going to deliver my FNB card. I told the guy I wasn't at work as I am off sick, he must please deliver on Tuesday 23 July 2024. Tuesday someone phoned me and said they will escalate the matter. Then I received a message saying it will be delivered 23 July 2023. Nothing came on 23 July 2023. Then I got another phone call 23 July 2023 in the late afternoon. Then this morning 24 July 2023 someone phoned me and I asked to speak to management, to which I was not transferred too. No one is interested in helping me get my card.

This is not on!!!!!!!!!!!!! Already I have been messed around by FNB and now I get messed around by you guys as well.
This card is a replacement card as there were ***** committed on my account!

Hi Someon just phoned me again, but he said I must pay if I want the card today!!!!!!!!!!!!!
