Bad service

The worst company to use for couriers,I confirmed my delivery for the 24th June and it did not come,I called in and they said the delivery date was changed to 28th with no one confirming with me that date.they said the matter will be escalated and will receive a call on the 27th June, tried calling them the whole day yesterday spoke to 4 consultants and they all had network issues and could not hear me.no response since.Bad service
