Bad service

Goodday, I'm really disappointed in this courier service , I have an insurance claim who trusted them to deliver my voucher card, the courier went to a wrong address. I contacted CCD couriers who confirmed the address I gave to them was on their system. I made 4 calls to CCD couriers and request to speak to a senior, not 1's I could get someone on the line, their service is pathetic. I will write to my insurance to complain about this and see what happened.
