Bad Service - CCD Couriers

I'm highly disappointed and disgusted by the poor service provided by CCD Couriers on behalf of Rain S.A. There's a lot of *********** agents and supervisors/team leaders (Sheron Kekana & Andile Radebe) failing to Treat Customers Fairly (TCF) as I have been awaiting my delivery for over 3 days and none of them can really take accountability as to why the order is delayed and failing to take a simple request from a client to deliver. My suggestion is that Rain SA should look into finding another 3rd party to deliver for them that will execute way beyond expectation.
