bad service

I requested a sim swop from rain on Tuesday, Rain sent me a link to book a delivery date with CCD, I completed the delivery from with an alternative number to call which ]was not the number i requested simswop on, tell me why did CCD Couriers use the number ***? the same number im requesting simswop for , the booking was for yesterday 2025 June 05 , i phoned 3 times yesterday to follow up on the delivery they all made excuses the driver can no be reached , only today when i call im told the driver actually called my on my number *** which is the number that belong to the sim i am waiting for? i mean why have an option to put alternative number it can nit be used, i need my simcard for a lot of verification including my what's app , my reference number *** and alternative number to be called is *** and im only available to take calls after 10:30 am today i need my simcard delivered today this has been such an inconvenience
