Bad service and unprofessional from ccd couriers drivers

What a very poor and unprofessional service I received from this company today imaging getting a call at 9 saying that your delivery is 10 minutes away only to find out the driver wants to meet me to come to him cause he does not know the place the next thing I call him he drops my call I call the head office they connect me with him he says he will call when he is on the way 3 hours have past and nothing what frustrates me is that why did he call if he knew he would start with other deliveries first or why does he notify me that he will come later as he called before these companies need to train their drivers and not just take anybody to do deliveties customer services is very important especially delivering for banks
