Bad service and the drivers are rude

I am really disappointed in how the courier drivers work. Dominic Makamo called to advise that he is coming to deliver the parcel(Router) i then advised him of the location of where i reside. He calls and someone else answers since i was busy at work( and i told Dominic that i am at home, i work from home) he then says he wants to speak with and they advised him that i am still on a call with a client from work and he said he doesn’t speak to third parties and he was advised to wait because i was done. When we got to the gate he already left, i called the customer care line and they put me through to him and he advised me that he won’t come back to deliver and he’s safety comes first.

He didn’t advise on when he will come to deliver again. I am really disappointed in his service
