Bad service and no communication

<p>I am so dissappointed at the service provided by CCD couriers. I was suppose to have reiceved delivery between 09H00 - 11H00 and did not receive anything. I called at 12H30 to inquire what the story or delay was and I was told to hold while the check my delivery, I was made to hold for 5 minutes and the call was dropped. I called again to inquire and was told the same story as earlier. I was called back at 13H55 to tell me that the delivery guy was in the area and would eventually get to me. I found this to be truly unprofessional as I had made plans that now needed to be put on hold while I wait for someone who I am not sure when He/ She will arrive. I will communicate this to my bank and request that they never use CCD couries when it pertains to my deliveries. It now 14H10 and I am still waiting for my 09H00 appointment.</p>
