Bad service and bad attitude from CCD Couriers - waiting for longer than 2 weeks for delivery!!

The worse inefficient courier company I came across! FNB should consider using a more professional, reliable and reputable courier company. FNB has sent my son an email advising that CCD courier will deliver his new card. Delivery was arranged for Monday 19 March 2018, No telephone call, or communication from CCD Courier advising why they were unable to deliver. I called them on Tuesday and they rescheduled it for Friday 23 March 2018. I then again phoned them on Monday 26 March to advise no delivery has taken place. They claimed they could not get hold of us and did not have a delivery address, while in the same breath the Call Centre Agent read the delivery address to me without me giving it to them. I made umpteen calls to them and each time the consultant either cuts the call, the one blatantly dropped the phone in my ear. Ntombi promised to call me back but to no avail. My son especially took today of work to be home to take delivery of his bank card. He went to FNB to request another card be issued and the only response he got was : "you will just have to wait for the courier company to deliver the card! Shocking service from this courier company, I will never use them in my personal capacity and will not recommend them to anyone either!
