Bad Service and attitude

Got an SMS that my phone was going to be delivered on Tuesday the 12th March 2019 between 08 and 10 AM and @9:36 got another SMS that they are experiencing delays. The guy got here at 13H00 and when I requested to come to the reception at the corner building he never came. Called the reception from the main building to be told that the guy has left because the speed point to swipe bank cards was not working he had to go back to the office to get a new one.

Never got communication or apology from CCD to explain. On Wednesday the 13/03/2019 I called CCD again asking when am I getting the phone, the person doesn't even apologize that I had to call them, Only then I was made aware that my parcel will be delivered on Friday.
