BAD SERVICE

Bad service from this company. dishonesty and unprofessionalism. I got an SMS stating that the COURIER has arrived. At the time I was outside my company building. There was no vehicle driving pass nor a driver spotted. I called immediately and was told that the driver left as they could not reach me. How is that possible? I called back once more. None of the three CCD agents I spoke to could provide me with a clear indication of when I will be receiving my rain package. Still await feedback.
