Bad Service

Do not make use of CCD Couriers. CCD Couriers contacted me to deliver my parcel, the lady (V Sadiki) that made the arrangement was very rude and insisted on her date and time for delivery. On day of delivery another lady (OIlivia Mthembo) called to say the parcel wont be delivered due to it been sent to Port Elizabeth instead of Pretoria. I asked for the manager, and was told to she will phone me back. This manager just left me a message that was very unclear with no direction and just instructed me to call her (how can I with no phone number, very rude to instruct a client to phone you back) I had to phone around to eventually get them to phone me back after several hours. CCD Couriers is just creating stress and giving Bad Service. Do not make use of them.
