Bad service

Very bad service. When delivering bank cards I nominated a 3rd party to recieve them for me as I was traveling. They then said to my wife when delivering that they needed to see my original ID which I should have left at home. This was not possible as I needed this for flight travel. Why accept a 3rd party reception option but they can not accept on your behalf. Useless service.
