Bad service

I was suppose to receive my bank card today between 8-4, I received the below at exactly 15:50 “ CCD Couriers: CCD is experiencing delays, we apologize for the inconvenience. An agent will contact you soonest. Or contact CCD on:*** Ref ***4”

Now I’m getting messages that I wasn’t available for delivery, I waited today but no communication. Please redeliver my card
