Good day

On the 4th of this month, I sent an email to CCD couriers regarding a package that is supposed to be delivered to my sister. She was unfortunately involved in an accident and is still in hospital as we speak. All that I wanted to know is if there was a way that they could deliver the package to me, as I have all the necessary documentation, including her phone and they said they will contact MWEB and get back to me. MWEB had since invoiced my sister for something that she does not even have and today, when I asked about the status of my request, I was told that MWEB has not rep****. This is now 2 whole weeks since my request.
