Bad service

Bad service. They were suppose to deliver between 10 and 12h00. They didn't arrive at that time. 12h20 i get a message that they at my place, that time i just went out. Drove back only to find no one there. I call their call centre only to be told that the delivery guy called me and i didnt answer. Pathetic... Didn't get a call from them.
