Bad service

Still waiting for delivery of my FNB Credit card . The most *********** company I have had the misfortune of dealing with. How FNB can use them is beyond me. I asked to speak to the CEO Mr Rodney Church to try and resolve my issue but was told he is never there, he only pops in once every 6 months, no surprise that CCD courier service is so useless. They called me while I was sitting in the CT airport waiting to board my flight to Austria and asked if I couldn't pop into OR Thambo on my way to Austria to pick up my card, really??????
