Bad Service!!!
Good-day,
I ordered a new credit card & cheque card from FNB on Monday.
This morning, CCD Couriers contacted me to confirm delivery of my FNB cheque card to my residential address. CCD want to deliver my cheque card between 8am-4pm yet after explaining to CCD Couriers that I am NOT home during the day as I am a medical rep & travelling on the road, if they could please deliver my cards at an acceptable time between 3-4pm. I was then told as I am requesting a specific time (which I am not) I will have to pay the driver an additional R100 cash?
An *********** supervisor at CCD then proceeded to argue with both myself & my husband over delivering my FNB cheque card which is CCD's JOB!
This is unacceptable as CCD are not willing to assist me with delivery of my card at an acceptable/suitable time unless I pay an additional R100 cash fee? Yet FNB are paying CCD to deliver my card to me?
CCD could learn about professional service from Takealot Couriers, who are delivering my FNB Credit card to me tomorrow between 3pm & 5pm - they are NOT charging me any additional fee & are more than willing to accommodate me at a suitable time by making a note on the delivery form!
I will NOT pay CCD a cent for delivery of my FNB card!
SHOCKING SERVICE CCD!
