Bad Service

I am so disappointed at the service I just received from one of your drivers/ consultants. My delivery was supposed to arrive at 10:00 am, I got an SMS that it will be late and contact will be made with me. Five hours later a driver called me and told me she is on her way, I directed her and told her how she can find my building, she told me she is on her way and arrived an hour later. Instead of going to my building she asked I meet her at the gate, I walked for 15 minutes in the rain when I got there she didnt pick up. She called 20 minutes later and asked I meet her at anoher gate which was also a walk. She had the decency to laugh while I was speaking to her. Pathetic Service
