Bad service

At the beginning of December I upgraded my Gold Cheque account to the platinum account. I was told that I would be receiving a new Credit and Cheque card. Never did I thought that I would receive such bad service. The call for the credit card never came as I was told by the app. However the call for the Cheque card came and I was told that the couriers will be contacting me to arrange delivery. That call came delivery was scheduled for Thursday 7 December 2017. No delivery. Called CCD Couriers they said sorry and will reschedule for the 14th of December. The 14th came and passed, again NO DELIVERY. So after contacting the so called dedicated team of bankers I was told that it would take about 48 hours for feedback from them. Still no feedback. As for CCD Couriers, well they rescheduled again but this time for the 20th of December. Received a call from CCD Couriers on the 19th of December. Finally, I thought they were going to confirm the date of the 20th. NO they wanted to reschedule. Why am I not surprised?!!!! Every time they have an excuse. And if I wanted my card to be delivered to a branch, I would have chosen that option, so don't ask me that question. All I want is for my card(s) to be delivered.
