BAD SERVICE!
If i could give a triple zero for poor service i would have!What a pathetic excuse for a "courier" company!Cant believe that Discovery Card uses such a supplier as a service to its customers!!!!!You have been HARRAS calling me non stop for a week now after i made arrangements on Saturday for delivery Tuesday in Montana area! NOTHING!!!!You still harrass call me to make "supposed arrangements" Now i received a sms stating that my card will be delivered today at Kolonade and I must have proof ready.That was NOT the arrangement!I said FNB Kolonade and then i will collect my card there when i can just so i can get rid of you *********** annoying service!said SO many times im a travelling rep in pta hence the reason i said Montana area Tuesday! You are *********** to say the very least!!!

I confirm receipt of your delivery query. I have attempted to call you however there was no answer on your cell phone.
You card is scheduled to be delivered to the Kolonnade FNB branch today. Once your card is delivered you will receive confirmation via sms notification that you card is ready for collection and you can then collect at your own convenience.
Thank you for bringing this matter to my attention. The service failure will be investigated and feedback will be provided.

You card is scheduled to be delivered to the Kolonnade FNB branch today. Once your card is delivered you will receive confirmation via sms notification that you card is ready for collection and you can then collect at your own convenience.
