BAD SERVICE

I have app**** online for a credit card with ABSA up until now I never received any cards I submitted my papers i have done what was requested still no credit card i went to the absa branch parow centre NOTHING and then I get a debit order from ABSA for R175.00 for what??? I want to know as I have never used any of the services yet, CCD couries made arangement with me to deliver the card I was at home as scheduled between 14:00 and 16:00 on a Friday, I was at home by 15:20 which was agreed by both parties, CCD Couriers arrived at 14:02pm how is that now service when I told them I am working till 15:00pm I don`t know what to do no more this is really bad service from ABSA bank, thought I might go back to them I dont think so
