Bad service

Worst service ever... Will never use them. Today needed to collect my rain router got to their offices in Fourways at 14h00 & at 16h00 I had not received my parcel. I called earlier informing them that I would be collecting. Worst part is they don't allow 3rd party signings... Other big couriers do it... But they don't. Will not recomand anyone to use them...
