BAD RUDE SERVICE

For the second time the delivery guy refused to give me my Rain sim card because my ID card is cracked, he refused to scan the ID despite explaining to him that it can still scan. Last week i received a smart watch thru DSV couriers with no hassle...their guy blatantly refused to scan ID despite being sent to me for the second time this week. he called his supervisor who i asked to speak in order to explain the situation and he straight refused i speak to supervisor...I've been on the line for over 40minutes waiting to speak to someone in their "rain office" and 0 answer
