Bad experience

CCD couriers lacks service delivery in a disappointing way. I have been waiting for my delivery for a month and couple of weeks now. They will schedule delivery time with you and and call you later on to tell you that *your parcel is delaying.* When you call them and that's if they answer their phone, to ask about the parcel they will tell you that they will track what's going and revert to you. I tell you that it will be your last time hearing from them. Guys this is not right, you really have a bad customer service, you need to go back to your drawing board and update yourselves about your business strategy; Who do your service to, How, Brand reputation, Customer centricity.
