Bad customer service fed up..
They called me today around 9am to confirm the deliver but the line was bad the guy dropped the call,phone again after 11am but they twisted name of the client because the were looking for somebody else. Now before 18 I received a call again from them saying that they won't be able to deliver the package Friday they can only deliver on Monday,I said no I want it tomorrow because next week I won't be around Gauteng he said is escalating the call to Mweb after 2mins I received a message from them CCD courier saying that they've been trying to contact me but unable to get me.......what lie wow wow

Your staff are very rude even 20 ago a lady called me saying that Mweb is they must deliver my package Monday after that call I phone Mweb they know nothing about that and saying they didn't communicate with CCD courier today
