Bad customer service

Hi I got an upgrade on my rain.sim It was delivered on Friday around 11am I didn’t have my ID, which forced the guy to go back with the sim and we rescheduled for Monday from 10 to 12am. The guy called telling me he is outside around 11:48, and he was at the wrong street and I tried to direct him to where he must come then he told me about a bp garage which is not far from where I work then I went up the road to look for him by the bp garage the moment I got I got a call from my father that he has arrived I told my dad that am 2min away. When I arrived today I was ****ed I gave him my ID and prove of resident and went straight to the toilet when I came back he asked why am I ignoring him I said I was ****ed that’s why I ran past you but I gave you the document to show that I’m not ignoring you then he said to me I can go with this sim cards then you will pay double for delivery then I asked why would you do that he said I shouldn’t ask him that then I insisted on asking what should happen then he said I’m leaving he gave me back my documents without the SIM cards.
