Bad customer service

What a horrible experience I received with the CCD courier staff. Over the past two days I have spoken to 3 staff members trying to arrange my Rain router to be delivered all three have bad Customer service and response with bad attitude, my delivery has never been scheduled even though yesterday I was told it will be Monday morning now when I call again it not in schedule your service sucks and has no customer satisfaction in mind . Rain will loose customers because of your horrible service
