Bad customer service and incorrect number given
I received an sms that my card is with CCD and they will call to arrange delivery. I then called the number on the SMS ********** 028 which did not go through, I then googled a number which went through and I managed to speak to someone who told me my card will only be delivered after 3 days cause they are fully booked and the courier guys are already out in delivery... How is that for an inconvinience? Now I have to take time to go collect my card because I dont have 3 days to wait.
I mean had I not called how long would my card have taken to be delivered? CCD you are so *********** and I will not recommend you to anyone!
