Bad customer service

Orders my SIM card with router on the 27th and was advised by courie that I will receive it on the 2st , on the 1st driver was in a hurry to service me , he was shouting at me the whole time telling me he has other customers waiting for him to an extend that he didn’t rica my SIM card and left with the parcel . I called the courier to reschedule and I was told only Monday I will get the SIM card .

I am so disappointed with the level of service we get from the company that rain used to deliver our SIM cards . No customer service at all that man was shouting at me the whole time and told me that if I want my SIM card registered I will find him at another company that was at no 34 at Melrose blvd in Melrose Arch
