Bad customer service

Spoke with an agent by the name of Yamkela who was extremely rude and impatient. She kept insisting to end the call before we could clarify and confirm details regarding the collection of a parcel which their driver failed to collect last week on the arranged date and time. She repeated “ Thank you for your time “ about 3 times whilst I was still speaking to her.
