Bad customer service

I received an sms saying they are on the way and will be here in 8 minutes. That was more than 3 hours ago. The link for tracking the parcel does not work. When i call, they pretend they can not hear me. This is the day we agreed on the services and any other day i will not be available and they are still not here.
