Bad bad bad service

Received bad customer service from Sibongile Mkhoza a team leader in the delivery department…she promised to call me back regarding a complaint I raised with her on Friday…after a long wait I decided to bring it here as I know a quick response will come back from her.

If you promise to call a client back,it is very important to return a call,even if you are not able to assist.

Do not promise a client a call back and just disappear in thin air,making a client look like a fool for raising a query.

I hope this gets her to know the importance of good customer service.
