BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD SERVICE

i have been waiting one whole week for my parcel, when they FINALLY let me know they will deliver after 3 Days of waiting again they said they will deliver on Friday between 8am and 12pm...when i still didnt receive my parcel i called them 7 times and they told me i will receive my parcel before 3pm...at 3:40pm i called again for the umptienth time and they said he was in my area... then when i called an hour later they tell me their card machine is not working so they are unable to help me...seriously is this the kind of service that someone wants to receive...its sad that they can give clients such service...not one of them could call to let us know we will not receive outr parcel and now after my company has closed and we have been sitting waiting to lock up for the courier...its so sad the type of service ccd gives to its clients....
