bad attitude driver

<p>i opened a bidvest account they emailed me stating that i need to bring a copy of my id and proof of adress i made a copy last night and left the id at home</p> <p>the driver refused to take the copies as he needed to take photos with his phone</p> <p>ccd couriers has got a reputation for stinking service and i hope in the near future that our complaints are noted by the banks and they stop utilising your services your staff have bad attitudes he chose to be a driver and now his upset with the entire world i am going to log another complaint with bidvest believe me your company is responsible for them loosing a good client ive got a private banking profile with 6 accounts with fnb and was planning to move it over to them now i will not due to ccd couriers incompetance </p>
