Asked several times for the courier to please prove his name - refused - this is after he had scanned my identification -then asked if I could make a copy of courier doc - said I’m not allowed - eventually When I took reg number of car he filled in his name - but not after using my car as a desk and then asking me if I needed to know his name because he is black - omg really ???? Can’t believe FNB uses you or that this is how customers are treated - not on

28 Nov 2017, 18:29Thank you, its really important to get a name as your Mr Marthinus said. This is the first thing he asked when I lodged the complaint. People ask for names for various reasons, to give positive feedback, to follow up on a matter, etc. Just as well I eventually got the name - I now see I was told to sign in specimen 1 and 2 signature allocation for the card holder when I am the recipient not the cardholder, hence me being asked for account holders id and mine as recipient. Great now the bank have my signature on record for the card, which is not the card holders signature

28 Nov 2017, 18:48Thank you Kayleigh for your feedback today. It's great to see that your staff are actually supposed to let us make copies of what we have signed, that they are supposed to furnish their names and are in fact in possession of an id card, which they can produce upon request.
